Ulaanbaatar is a capital city of Mongolia and continues as the major commercial and cultural center of the country, as well as its most populous and most cosmopolitan city. Do check in at your hotel and we drive to Chinggis Khan Equestrian Statue in Tsonjin Boldog. The massive statue made of 250 tons of gleaming stainless steel will take your breath away.

You will be introduced with Mongolia’s history, culture, architecture, nature, people and their tradition and local cuisine. Overnight in hotel. L,D

Today after breakfast we will board the domestic flight from Ulaanbaatar to Ulgii city (the most western province of Mongolia). After 3 hours flight we arrive to Ulgii city followed by a few more hours of drive to the Eagle Hunter’s family where you will spend next few days exploring the nomadic culture and the ancient tradition of hunting with Golden Eagles.  Overnight at South River Camp. B,L,D

• Competition to see which eagle has been well trained by the owner. After passing the first round, the assessment of the hunters proper outfit and horse tackles.

• “Tenge ilu” the competition to snatch coins from the ground
• Musical performance / at the Central Theater in Olgii/

• “Shirga” competition to see , if eagles can land on the prey properly and faster

• “ Kokpar” tug of war with an animal skin
• Closing ceremony of the eagle festival

Next two days we will stay at our Eagle Hunter’s family while enjoying the stunning nature. We will do a horse riding, visiting the other nomads, experience their nomadic lifestyle, training process of Eagles and more. Overnight at South River yurt camp.

Today we will go to watch wild life and do a hunting with eagles on horseback along with nomads and accompanied by vehicles. We do hunt for rabbit and a fox. Overnight at South River yurt camp

Today we drive to Hovd province to see one-of-a-kind performance of traditional throat singer and enjoy their performance specially organized for your group. Later we will explore the city and its surroundings. Dinner at a restaurant and overnight in a hotel in Hovd city

Today after breakfast we drive back to Ulgii city. Check in at your hotel and lunch in Ulgii city then we do some city tour and in the evening farewell dinner with all your local crew. Overnight in Hotel. 

In the afternoon we fly back to Ulaanbaatar and check in at your hotel. Dinner in a traditional Mongolian restaurant. Overnight at hotel.

Transfer to Chinggis Khaan International Airport and fly back to home country. End of the trip
