Meals are a mix of local specialties and international dishes where available. Vegetarian and special dietary requirements can usually be arranged with advance notice.

Absolutely! We specialize in tailor-made itineraries. Whether you want more horse trekking in Kyrgyzstan, cultural tours in Uzbekistan’s Silk Road cities, or a deeper Gobi Desert experience in Mongolia, we can adjust your tour.

Mongolia: May – October (best for countryside & Gobi tours).

Kyrgyzstan: June – September (ideal for horse trekking & mountains).

Kazakhstan: April – October (pleasant for city tours & nature trips).

Uzbekistan: March – May and September – November (perfect for Silk Road cities like Samarkand, Bukhara, Khiva).

Bring layered clothing, comfortable walking shoes, sunscreen, a hat, and warm jackets. Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan can get hot in summer, while Mongolia and Kyrgyzstan are colder in evenings and mountains.

Yes. Many of our itineraries are family-friendly, with options for lighter trekking, cultural activities, and stays in comfortable accommodations.

Mongolia: Visa-free for many nationalities (up to 30 days); some require visas.

Kazakhstan: Many countries enjoy visa-free stays of 14–30 days.

Kyrgyzstan: Visa-free for many European, Asian, and CIS countries.

Uzbekistan: Visa-free for 90+ countries; others can apply online for an easy e-visa.

All four countries use 220V, 50Hz with European-style plugs (C & F). Bring a universal adapter.

PAYMENT

You can book directly through our website, by email, or WhatsApp&Telegram chats. A deposit is required to secure your reservation, and the balance can be paid 1 week before the tour or upon arrival.

We recommend carrying USD or EUR for exchange. Credit cards work in cities, but cash is needed in rural areas.

We accept bank transfers, credit cards, and cash in USD, EUR, or local currencies. Payment instructions are shared during booking.

Tipping is not mandatory but appreciated. A guideline is $5–10 per day for guides, cook, drivers and other local team stuffs.
